1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment as per the property’s policy.
- A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM (varies by property)
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
- We accept payments via UPI and Bank transfer
- Full payment or an advance deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance (if any) must be paid at check-in.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund (excluding transaction fees).
- 4 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before check-in or no-show: No refund.
- Some special promotions or discounted rates may be non-refundable.
5. Modification & Rescheduling
- Booking modifications are subject to availability.
- Date changes may incur additional charges depending on the season and property policy.
6. No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
7. Identification Requirement
- All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in.
8. Guest Policies
- Visitors are allowed only with prior approval.
- Smoking, alcohol, and pets may be restricted in certain properties—please check at the time of booking.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
9. Force Meajure
- Dandeli Tour Planner is not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
