1. Introduction

Welcome to Dandeli Tour Planner! By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all bookings, stays, and services provided by Travel Tails.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment as per property policy.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer.
• The remaining balance (if any) must be settled at check-in.
• Booking confirmations are subject to availability and receipt of payment.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund (excluding transaction fees).
• 4 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days before check-in or no-show: No refund.
• Some promotional and discounted rates may be non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM (subject to property policies).
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) is required at check-in for all guests.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to follow all property rules and maintain cleanliness.
• Any damage to property or amenities caused by the guest will be chargeable.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and pets are subject to property-specific policies.
• Loud music or parties must be kept within permissible limits to avoid disturbances.

6. Property Rights & Denial of Service

• Travel Tails reserves the right to refuse service to guests violating property rules or engaging in unlawful activities.
• Any guest found misbehaving or causing a disturbance may be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• Travel Tails is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
• We shall not be liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
• Guests are responsible for their personal safety while engaging in activities like trekking, bonfires, and adventure sports.

8. Modification of Terms

• Travel Tails reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Guests are encouraged to review them before booking.
